Manifestation Isn’t Wishes Coming True
It is true that you cannot wish things into existence.
It is false that telling yourself something in your mind is wishing something.
Too often people descard the practice of manifestation as people believing in magic or wish-ful thinking. This is not what manifestation entails.
Manifestation is the practice of telling your brain what you want and telling your brain that you indeed can have it.
This won’t suppliment the hard work you also have to put in, but just like when you choose your productive thoughts, it will put you in the mindset needed to achieve your goals.
One of my favorite quotes is “If you think you can or you think you cannot, you’re right.” When you don’t believe in yourself, all of your actions carry your unconscious and conscious biases against yourself. When you believe in yourself, these same biases work for you towards whatever you desire.
Walking into an interview telling yourself you will get the position is not a guarentee that you will and not is it a replacement for the research and work you put in to getting the interview. It is the key that unlocks your brain into giving your best and believing that this interview is something you can succeed in.
Many people walk through life thinking that they are being humble by saying they don’t deserve things or that they aren’t good enough. These insecurities are found within everyone, and although hard to let go of, are what hold us back. We are all deserving of what we want and manifestation is the practice of getting us to believe such.
Then add on your hard work and your unique perspective and go change the world 🥰.
